What it is like here

Brisbane specifically

Centres across Brisbane run at ratios set by regulation, so a centre that is one educator short cannot open a room. That is why they will often hire someone partway through the certificate and let them finish while working.

Before you enrol

Three things worth asking

  • Ask whether they help you find the placement centre or leave you to it.
  • Ask what happens if you get hired partway through, because most centres will do that.
  • Ask whether the Blue Card is included and how early you should apply for it.

We will ask all of that for you. Start with the free check.
