How to raise a problem with JOBLINKD, and where else you can go.
Email hello@joblinkdapp.com with the word Complaint in the subject line, or write to us at [postal address]. Tell us what happened, when, who was involved, and what outcome you are looking for.
Send these to hello@joblinkdapp.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
Report the listing in the app or email hello@joblinkdapp.com. We remove listings that are not genuine, that ask applicants for payment, or that breach discrimination law. For pay and conditions, contact the Fair Work Ombudsman at fairwork.gov.au or 13 13 94. For workplace safety, contact WorkSafe Queensland at worksafe.qld.gov.au or 1300 362 128.
Raise it with the provider first, as they must have a complaints process. For nationally recognised training you can then contact the Australian Skills Quality Authority at asqa.gov.au. For higher education, contact the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency at teqsa.gov.au. For consumer issues, contact the Office of Fair Trading Queensland at 13 74 68.
Report suspected scams to us and to Scamwatch at scamwatch.gov.au. Never pay to apply for a job.
The check, your pathway and the comparison all work on this site today. The app adds the parts that need to follow you: a coach that knows your profile, your applications and messages in one place, and your documents wherever you are.
The check works in your browser right now. No account, about a minute. The full app is in review and we will say here the day it lands.
