What we do, who we are, how we handle data, and what we have not done yet. Written for the person who has to fill in a supplier form.
Full detail is in the privacy policy and the security page.
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have tested and corrected heading structure, form labelling, colour contrast, keyboard access and error messaging across the site.
We have not commissioned an independent audit, and we will not claim conformance we have not had verified. If a specific conformance statement is required for a procurement, tell us and we will arrange the audit.
We receive a fee from a training provider when someone enrols, and from an employer when someone starts work. Job seekers never pay us for anything connected to getting work.
That creates an obvious conflict, so we constrain it structurally rather than by policy. Comparison results are ordered on fit to the person's pathway, price and duration. A commercial relationship does not affect position, and every provider who delivers a qualification is shown whether they have a relationship with us or not.
We tell people when a qualification is not worth doing. That is the point of the service, and it is why the comparison can be trusted.
If any of that is a barrier for a particular procurement, say so and we will tell you whether we can meet it. Get in touch.
We are well below the reporting threshold under the Modern Slavery Act 2018, so no statement is required of us. We are recording our position anyway, because procurement asks.
We have no employees. Our supply chain is software services and Australian training providers. We do not source goods, and we do not use labour hire. If we ever engage contractors, we will check their arrangements before we do.
Complaints go to hello@joblinkdapp.com and are acknowledged within two business days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy matters, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for conduct matters.
